What can you do — in one morning or afternoon — to reignite your team's creativity?
And can you do more than learn? Can you also make bold strides toward addressing critical challenges and opportunities?
Yes. Here's How.
I provide companies and organizations with a creative boost. It's a half-day of creativity training and brainstorming.
This is hands-on training. Rather than simply learning about creativity and brainstorming, we will immediately pounce on the most critical questions at the forefront of your business. There will be useful, actionable results.
Here's a sample agenda (which we can tailor for your team):
- 8:30 a.m. — coffee and bagels
- 9:00 a.m. — Idea Generation Skills Workshop: training on creativity, collaboration and brainstorming, including an introduction to the improvisational theatre training that I have employed in highly successful corporate innovation projects. These skills transform business people into collaborative brainstormers.
- 10:30 a.m. — Breakout Brainstorms: facilitated and recorded by your selected teammates (who I train beforehand), several small teams brainstorm on specific questions (developed beforehand). The new skills are put to work — and become remembered behavior — as your teams wrestle with your issues.
- 11:30 a.m. — Plenary Brainstorm: the entire group reconvenes, quickly hears the initial results of each brainstorm, and adds ideas to each brainstorm group's report.
- Noon — conclusion
In the following days, we meet for a debrief. A final report summarizes the results and suggests next steps.
What Does This Cost?
For programs in central Ohio (additional charge for travel), including all program design and preparation, implementation of the program, and follow-up debrief and report: $12,500. Not included are costs for facility or hospitality.
Interested? Let's talk first about the questions you might want to have your team brainstorm.
